  • LittleCat: ?? - July 2, 2016

Of all the kits that have lived here, LittleCat made the biggest first impact. Immediately at ease here, he put my other four at ease and got along with everyone. He taught us his name, taught Teddy and Miney how to play with balls, and made all of us laugh. I wish he had gotten to play with a fidget spinner. He stepped into the vacant role of guard cat and fulfilled it faithfully until he was taken too soon from us, one year ago today.

    We miss you, LittleCat.

Such a sad anniversary. But he'll clearly never be forgotten.

Aww, he does sound like he was your kitty angel. I'm glad he calmed your other cats, too.

The anniversaries can be hard to handle. But then you do remember the funny and goofy things they did when they shared their life without. First the sadness and then the smiles. Take care and remember the goofiness that so embedded the little scamps in in your heart.

Mitch, he was surely a most excellent cat and your reminder that he's been gone a year startled me. It doesn't seem possible.

It's at times like these at our house that we most miss his cheerful presence.

                  ? - July 2, 2016

It's been a year and a half since we've heard his cheerful little voice.

What a good cat. What a good boy. What a good friend.

                  I'm sorry, LitteCat.

It's sad when they go Mitch, but we'll all be reunited when it's our time.

Having memories can be both happy and heartbreaking. Hugs to you, Mitch.

He's probably playing and snoozing with the little red beast I lost a year ago, Puddles. Sounds like the two of them are a pair of sweet little good stops on the memory walks.
